the products are always of high standard, are delivered to your door post free (if 25 items or items with a weight over 12.5 kg are ordered). I have ordered cheaper products elsewhere, but found that the few pennies more I pay to order from Garden Wildlife Direct, is well worth paying for the better quality products, both for birdfood and for the hedgehogs, and the wildlife seems to agree
one item out of three was good (a hanging bird feeder). The other two items were window bird feeders which did not stay attached to any of my windows once bird feed was added - the weight stopped the suction cups from holding and they would fall off repeatedly. Their customer service was rubbish and basically suggested I should give the items to someone else as it was probably the fault of all my windows and that was that. Won't shop here again.
Brilliant suppliers of all things for wildlife. Best quality and most affordable products, buy most important the BIRDS LOVE IT. Sadly I have to lose a tree that is dying and unsafe, so I know the birds will love the new bird feeders.
Fast and efficient ordering and delivery, of a product that the birds in my garden love. Fat balls and sunflower seeds seem very popular. The only problem is they like them too much and another order may be necessary earlier than had been planned. Additionally, the hedgehog food encourages nightly visits from our spiky friends beside the shed.
