Good selection of bikes and helpful staff! The beefy ginger lad was very helpful, recommending me a good bike for doing the bensham races. He was a funny lad, kept posing his biceps and bragging about how good he was at cranking 90s on fortnite, unusual but a positive change compared to what you normally see in retail this time of the year.

Amazing staff who went beyond what is expected of them to try and get us a baby walker for a birthday present. The two members of staff were extremely helpful getting the ladders to try and find the item even though they didn’t know we would buy it, all they cared about was helping us and even though we did find the item they amended this by taking it off the stock list so no one else would become confused. Couldn’t ask for better.

They never answer their phone. Really really frustrating, rang 72 times between Wednesday and Thursday, no reply, so contacted them via email, to receive a very tepid response. Shocking customer service from a big retailer

Not good at all. Waited over half hour to be served for am exchange AFTER my product had already been tested. The manager and assistant spent 25mins just stood at the front of the store with their arms folded not helping their staff in the slightest.
