My family came to freddy in our time of need. Freddy charged an extra 100 just because he said it was a weekend fee. It wasn't. This was after we had done all the paperwork and spent hours working with freddy. Freddy showed up to the jail all jacked up on some drug. I was out 8 hours later. I figured that was it. Nope. Freddy illegally revoked my bond after receiving information that I had a warrant in another city. He didn't verify he didn't do anything. He just revoked the bond. He didn't call. He handed my private info to a random guy who came to my families home at 3 4 5 am. This was all obtained fraudulently. When I was traveling 400 miles away from Austin, I was pulled over arrested because I had a warrant because FREDDY revoked the bond. I had to sit in jail for over a month while the local magistrate figured out what to do. I got out called freddy and he choked and freaked on the phone trying to make it seem as if there was no issue. I demanded my money back. Which I did get 30% back as he admitted he screwed up and was scared of lawsuit. But this is now on my record. I suffered a month in jail unnecessary because of freddys negligence. I left my review and freddy immediately called and harrassed me until I removed it. Be aware he does this to all negative reviews. He manipulates google to only show good reviews. Please protect yourself. This man is a self serving egotistical jerk and does not care about you and your freedom. He will lie and tack on extra charges to your bill once you're about to pay. Freddy is the thief. I will never ever forget how you treated me and my family in my time of need, freddy. Your lies and maniuputllation. I will never ever forget what you've done to me and I will be made whole. I will. Don't bother replying.
I contacted FFBB for help with bond. He was prompt with helping me get started. Throughout the whole ordeal he was professional and very helpful. Turned a bad situation into a good one. I would contact his company again if needed, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FAST FREDDY BAIL BONDS!!!
I tried getting my wife out and freddy was very prompt and helpful and told me to get with one of his workers Amanda. She was rude and very unprofessional said she would call me back and never did I called her back 5 times with no response she probably needs a career change cause she Lacks customer service
