I had open a savings account 4 months ago but still I didn't get my passbook and debit card instead of helping me the bankers starting arguing with me.

Very less staff.. And infact staff are not up to date of their own bank details.. Most of time they say they are not sure about that.. It takes more than 20 days to open a normal saving account.. Waste my time alot.. Every 3 days they told me same status.. Ur application in progress.. Infact 8 year before i close my account bcz address is not changing but now they told ur account is not closed still.. I have proof of closing application.. Last 8 year wala account hi handle nahi hua., new account khulwakr risk kya lena,.. So i stop my application to open my account from this branch especially... I request to all dnt waste ur time for waiting for ur application in progress.. They told lie.. Every time they have different reason for not opening account on time...
