My three-year-old turned off the gas to our water heater and we couldn't get it to turn back on. I called Majesty Plumbing and got a call back from a gentleman named Jeff. Jeff was amazing. He took the time to help me try to diagnose and fix my water heater over the phone. He didn't have to do this, he could have just put me on his schedule and charged me for his visit, but he took the time to help me over the phone so that I could save the money. I was able to fix the water heater myself thanks to Jeff. I highly recommend Majesty Plumbing. Any company willing to try to help a customer over the phone before coming out speaks volumes to their customer service and integrity. A company that we will definitely use again!

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the service received from Majesty Plumbing. No one wants to wake up to water pouring out of your hot water heater, a house full of kids needing showers and a home warranty that you are worried is going to take days and days to get resolved- but it happens. Jeff from Majesty went above and beyond to set the appointment, follow through and adjust his personal schedule to help get my issue repaired ASAP. I normally don't write reviews but I am thankful for Jeff's service he was able to provide. Jeff was incredibly honest and gave us multiple service options to repair our bad water line to the fridge. We ultimately had to have him run a line that involved cutting into our drywall. Jeff did a phenomenal job keeping the cuts to a minimum and leaving no mess. We would not only recommend his services because of the quality but it was also the honesty that encouraged us to write the review. Thank you Jeff!
I met Jeff, owner of Majesty Plumbing, through a home warranty request for a leaky faucet. I was happy with the work he did and liked his professionalism and communication style. The second time he worked in my home was on a non-warranty item and I was equally pleased with his work. I think his price was a good value for the work completed.
THEY DESERVE A MILLION STARS! Honestly, there aren't very many businesses out there that truly care about customers. I just had the BEST experience with Majesty Plumbing and I feel the need to pass along my high recommendations! Based on their good reviews, I gave them a call. I initially got a voice mail, and they called back quickly. I like companies with a sense of humor and their voicemail said something like, \we'll get you back on your throne in no time\ (\Majesty\, \throne\, lol!! I thought that was a fun voice mail) Anyway, so then the plumbing experience was even better. My kitchen sink and disposal were backed up and the left side of the sink was filled to the brim with water. They were unable to get to me until tomorrow, so instead, they offered to walk me through exactly how to fix it myself! I sent them a picture of my pipes and they walked me through step by step the whole way, and stayed on the phone with me while I did each step. I am not typically a tool belt kinda gal, and they were so encouraging and funny and so patient and helpful. They saved the day for me. What an amazing customer service experience!!! Who takes the time to do that anymore? For any future plumbing needs, I am for sure calling them! They are very customer-oriented and the BEST plumbing company!
