I know it's not a huge deal to everyone but the girl in the service department was too nonchalant about putting standard oil instead of synthetic oil in my Jeep. I had an appointment for synthetic. Now I have to come back 2000 miles earlier due to their error. That make's a big difference to someone who drives a lot. Without otherwise apologizing she threw a card at me that's good for a free tire rotation next time. Time is money. I will not be returning. The good - It's a nice newer facility. The bad - It's pretty much in the hood. Very close. Also apparently they don't pay attention to the details.

Russ has been the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with. Let me know I should fill out the financing ahead of time; cut down time spent at dealership. Michelle in financing was very nice and wasn’t pushy when I declined the various warranty and add-ons. Could’ve been a 5 star if the gas tank was full and a proper detail was done.. Just seemed like they washed car. Highly recommend asking for Big Russ when you visit!
