Booked my vehicle in for a mot and service. Passed with advisories and advisories on the service. Had a phone call to advice me of a list of things that needing doing. Advised the gentleman to print off the quote and I'd look into it. The gentleman sounded suprised by my response, I'm guessing he was expecting me to say go ahead and do what's needed. After my car being in the garage most of the day, collected my car and paid the extra for an oil change, only to find out that I didn't actually need an oil change. My car was booked in to the dealer ship the following week for a warranty repair (nothing to do with the advisories that they listed). When dropping my car off to Nissan who are next door I mentioned these advisories, the gentleman said my car will have a health check and will pick up any of these issue that f1 listed. The list was 2 new tyres, front and rear break pads and discs, replacement of break fluid, front and rear toe adjustment, wheel balance, diagnostic rest (no lights on my dash so un sure what this is for). After having my car health checked as part of the service nissan offer for a repair, the only thing that needed attention was 2 new tyres (near to the legal limit), rear break pads and disc to be checked in 6 months time (perfectly fine at the moment), in regards to my front break discs and pads, they are only 10% worn so why in earth you put it down as an advisory when they are nearly new and quoted to replace them is behond me! As I thought I was being targeted because I'm female like garages do, and it was to make money out of me but as I don't take one person's word for something and get a second opinion I was proved right that they were just after easy money. I wouldn't use again and I'd recommend anyone using this garage to get a second opinion with a different garage before authorising any work to be done on your vehicle.

Took my car in and asked them to get back to me with a price on an egr valve fitted and a master service. Pretty sure there tying to rip people off after quoting me 1,104 wow. Now all serviced and egr done for 370 from somewhere else
