I asked for chimney to be repaired and gas fireplace installed after my chimney failed inspection. They didn’t show....so I finally called...seems they ‘forgot’ then told me I’d have to wait 5-6 MONTHS before they could get to me... Pathetic. Just pathetic. Not once did I ask for a better price, a discount or payment plan...is that they was to satisfy good customers?
