Pathetic service. Very unprofessional. A boy who worked at Spruce’s male salon came inside the parlour and was talking with the girl who was serving me. As a result the girl could not show efficiency in her service & could not perform simple stuff like threading & waxing properly. In spite of my repeated request the boy was not leaving the salon. After the boy left the girl was more interested in how smart my husband who was outside the parlour looked & still she was not paying attention to the instructions that I was giving her. To summarise I would like to say that I would never be stepping inside this parlour ever in my life nor would I suggest any of my friends & relatives to avail their services. Totally disgusting.
