Worst customer service ever! When I ordered my trailer they said it would be here within 4 to 6 weeks. I have went by there to check and make sure when it was coming and they said it would be here December 9. I went back by there December 6 to make sure it would be here on December 9. They said that they could not get through to anyone they would send an email and they would get back to me that day. No phone call no response whatsoever. The following day no phone call no response. Today “hey man we don’t make the trailers” what is their response. I said I’m not asking about making a trailer I’m asking about when the trailer will be delivered I’m asking about Why you guys have not called me back when you said that you would call me back and let me know if the order is still on for December 9 . weeks behind schedule. Still waiting for a response. Just a sidenote I did order another trailer from another trailer company and it was made and delivered to the sale site within five weeks. The only reason I did not go pick that trailer up is because it’s five hours away and Leonard said that they would have one done by the same time.

From ordering to customizing to installation, the team really went above and beyond my expectations. Now I have an insulated, heated and cooled art studio in my back yard and couldn't be happier. Horrible service. I ordered a 2600 Leer cap from these guys. When i picked up my truck I took it upon myself to climb inside the bed and make sure everything looked ok. It was immediately obvious that the interior window screens were badly damaged. There is absolutely no way they didn't know about it but they didn't say a word until i pointed it out. After several trips, several phone calls(one to Leer themselves) and more than 2 months, i got a call saying that my new screens were in stock. When i politely asked if they would just drop them off at my shop on the other side of town they refused and said i had to come to them. I'll never understand how guys like this stay in business. DO NOT do business with them.
