A very well kept crematorium and cemetery a place to reflect and mourn the passing of loved ones.

It’s a well kept cemetery, I visit it a lot.The staff work hard to keep it looking so good. One thing that really annoys me is dog walkers use it to walk their dogs and foul the cemetery. Most let their dogs off the leash and look the other way when they make there mess despite signs saying it’s not permitted. I witness people turning up in cars with several dogs just to exercise them in the cemetery grounds. I think it would be a good idea for cemetery staff and grounds staff to challenge people who don’t have their dogs on a lead and ensure they have the means to clean their mess up by asking to see their dog waste bags. Once again it’s the minority of people who let everyone else down because they think they are above the law. If we have litter wardens in the Town issuing fixed fines then why can’t they also be deployed in the cemetery periodically.
