What incredible service! New bike day is the best kind of day and the team at Evans Guildford made it even better. The bike was delivered to store promptly, tuned to perfection and they even set me up so I could ride away on it. They are an incredibly helpful and friendly bunch who know their bikes inside out. I wouldn't buy a new bike anywhere else and considering I don't even live in Guildford anymore, that speaks volumes about the service levels. Thanks Evans Guildford!

Just need to give a shout out to the fantastic technical team at Evans Guildford, had really first class service experience from firstly Olly and then Joe, both young lads who know their game really well and give brilliant service. I’ve been to a few places- these guys are the best by far. Better than the independents I’ve been to. They are both a complete credit to their company and I will certainly return. Knowledge, enthusiasm, passion for what they do and top service. Awesome guys.

Dismal experience from unsmiling staff on January 5th. Don't even think of riding your bike here for a service - they refuse to take it if it's dirty! That's the service guy AND the manager, who told me \We aren't here to clean your bike\. Service guy also claimed I needed a new gear cassette, which wasn't true. Abysmal! Went to Halford and got same-day service - and I ended up buying a bike there too. Fair play, though, to the sales guy at Evans - he was kind and helpful.
