They were hands down brilliant. I’d give them 6 stars if I could. I’d spent weeks trying to source the correct blade for our mower, ordering online but then it didn’t look like it’d fit, then having to be really persistent with the company who’d sent it to get postage paid for me to return it and also to get a refund. Also I was having trouble taking the relevant bit apart. He saw it, diagnosed, picked up a new blade from his display went out the back and it was all done in 5 minutes. Next time I’ll just bring it here! Worth every penny.
