Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Ordered from them online and my parcel got delayed and lost by irresponsible postman and few days later found my parcel and when i opened it not only was an item damaged in the post but another one was faulty, bad hand made miniature books and overpriced for what it is, but when i let them know about it they only said they've got lots of items and they can't check them all.How convenient right? Nice excuse for sending bad/faulty items. So guys if you want to buy from Dolls house Mania think again, don't be fooled. And if i could rate you i'd give you zero stars for your customer service first of all.bye

Pre coved 19 lockdown we visited this store. The gentleman who served us was extremely helpful with what I was looking for, which was full lighting for my doll house. He gave us handy tips for installing which definitely came in handy. You definitely tell he was very experienced in what he was selling. My small child also needing changing while I was there and he went above and beyond with providing us with Somewhere to change in her private and comfort. The enormous range gave me so many ideas but also allowed me to look at what I wanted. I will definitely will be returning when this lockdown is over. Thank you.
