I was very disappointed with my order of two cases of Christmas wreaths. They did not have the lights and hanger as advertised and are very dry. They did not look as pictured. I understand that it is a natural product, and expected some variability, but they were not round and even. I ordered them for gifts. I contacted the company and no partial refund was offered. Buyer beware, especially if you order online! The reason I gave 2 stars is because the I received great service when I placed my order.

Have ordered Christmas wreaths from Mickman Brothers for the last 10 years. While the wreaths are very pretty, they don't arrive in a timely fashion in order to be able to enjoy them throughout the Christmas season. This year I had to try and locate the wreaths as one of the recipients still had not received it. Tried to cancel the order but was told that it was impossible. Needless to say I won't be a returning customer
