The delivery time was spot on and within minutes my new Black Knight Sword of Rage was plugged in and ready to play! Kurt and Mark are excellent people to work with, especially if you're a first time pinball machine buyer and want someone who will answer your questions and ensure that you're going to happy with your purchase! My family and I have gone to our local pinball show (Southern Fried Gaming Expo) the past few years, and all year, my son and I look forward to playing the games. Since the expo was cancelled this year, I decided that this year, I'd make the leap from pinball player to pinball owner. I reached out to a number of distributors, and Kurt at Hemispheres Amusements was by far the most responsive person to get in touch with me. He provided a ton of information about the buying and shipping process and answered all the questions I had. Initially, the game I really wanted (Iron Maiden Legacy of the Beast Premium Edition) wasn't available, but I had other options available that I was interested in. A day or two after our initial conversation, Kurt tracked down that Iron Maiden machine for me and offered it to me at a great price considering shipping was included. Mark was quick and efficient and just as responsive with all of the logistics work, payment processing, etc. after I worked out the details of the machine and options I wanted with Kurt and was ready to get the order placed.
