Went in with a few ideas and came out with the best lighting fixtures for our kitchen. Spent time looking at everything plenty of interactions with the employees/ owners lots of insights. Definitely return.

I’m very disappointed. I loved this place and was happy to purchase most of our lighting for our new house from this small business. Unfortunately I will not be giving them my business and will not recommend them because of a very poor interaction I encountered with the owners upon trying to return two lights. I was immediately told they wouldn’t accept the return, and scolded because the box of one light was ripped open. Our electrician had opened the box to see if the light would fit in the space, and unfortunately it did not, hence the return. I couldn’t believe I was being treated so disrespectfully because I had opened the box. Especially in our current climate, I was happy to help support a local business. It was unacceptable, and rude to be spoken to as if I had damaged the product and was attempting to pull something over them. Not the case at all! I was prepared to buy more lights as replacements, but I will spend my money elsewhere.
Love this place, repeat customer. I had an issue with part of a light fixture and they responded quickly via email. They happily arranged a meeting time to exchange the part even though they were closed because of covid. Prompt courteous customer service. Thanks Kate!
They carry some quality lightning fixtures. The staff are professional and pleasant.
The owners are in the store and it shows! Quality fixtures and a helpful professional staff that will give you expert advice and correct answers to your questions. This place is neat, clean and well stocked with an amazing amount of lighting fixtures. They have the most amazing contemporary ceiling fans that I drop in temperature just looking at them as they are that cool! :) As a local realtor of 35 years I appreciate service like this and that is why I tell all of my clients to check them out when they have a lighting need.
