Leonie played a vital role in getting me (and my husband) mentally prepared during the weeks leading up to my labour. The sessions helped me to better understand the entire birthing process and what my body is capable of - which I found very empowering. Leonie also taught me techniques to remain calm and collected throughout labour and birth, by managing my stress and adrenaline levels. I went into labour feeling positive, relaxed and focused on the experience I wanted to achieve. I certainly didn't achieve the perfect/dream birth but I look back on it as a wonderful, incredible experience which gave me a beautiful baby boy. Thank you Leonie.
I really enjoyed the hypnobirthing sessions with Leonie. It helped me to stay calm and relaxed throughout my labour and birth. Leonie is very lovely and creates a perfect atmosphere for the sessions. I would highly recommend!
OMG where do I start!! Hiring Leonie was the best thing I ever did for both my births. I felt in full control for both of my boys. The advice and reassurance she gave was unbelievable. Her knowledge was like WOW!! She also has this amazing community network that I absolutely loved so I could meet like minded women wanting the same things. I can truly say that if it wasn't for Leonie I don't know what I would have done. If I ever had a third I will definitely be going back. I got very anxious about my second and she really helped me control that and enjoy it. I can actually say I enjoyed birth. Thanks Leonie I will recommend you to every pregnant lady I meet. xxx
As a first time mom i wanted to feel as prepared as possible for giving birth. Our sessions with Leonie were super relaxed and completely changed our perceptions of what giving birth was like. By the time i went into labour i was fully confident in my body's ability to birth my baby. The birth itself was so calm and the most incredible experience!
