Nice place, staff were friendly, they had some products for Vegans from Protein powder to bars and drinks . I finished eating the delicious goodies before I could take photos of them !!! I will give five stars when they increase good amount of their vegan range of products.

Following on from a recent post from a post a few down from here....... Paid for items to be next day express delivery. A week later - nothing! I chased and was told there was no express delivery service on offer. OK! fair enough. They had somehow lost product in transit (or so I was told) so reordered it for me. I then get a Royal Mail text to say it will be delivered within a certain time window - I was in during this time and guess what, nothing. An email then arrived suggesting the item had been delivered (it hadn't). I called London Supplements AGAIN and spoke to quite possibly the rudist customer service representitive I have ever spoken to. She accused me of lieing, stating that I have received the products. I asked for evidence of this (signature from courier, photo of item on doorstep now more common) which obviously cannot be supplied to me because the item was never delivered. I've lost count of how many deliveries I've received during lockdown (maybe hundreds) and have never encountered this problem before. Mor of an issue to me however, is the way I was spoken to by the retailer. Nothing short of disgusting. If she worked for me she would have been out of work as of yesterday. If you are the boss of London Supplements please listen to the call assuming they are recorded. Please, please take my advice and do not order anything from these cowboys unless you want to spend hours getting wound up and then having to spend more time resolving the issue (which hasn't been done as I write this). I would love to give you her name so you can avoid the same unpleasant experience but guess what???? She wouldn't give it to me. I couldn't give zero stars by the way otherwise I would have done. Again, don't use these guys. Thanks

Been going to this store on and off since 2011 fantastic customer service expecially from Hardik he's very helpful. It's like a candy store for us bodybuilders lol but all in all very knowledgeable staff ..
