Brooke and Lucas were a great team. Atmosphere was too serious on arrival from the front desk. Most areas around the area are loose on masks, this one is on the tight side which took away from really taking in the fresh air and openness of the the Smokies. Take it for what it's worth. We still enjoyed the experience, great value, and the rigging team kept us going with great banter and opportunity to enjoy mask down on occasion. Love you guys, thanks for the fun!

This was the best thing we did on our vacation.. I've never been rafting the water was cold rough and it did rain on us but that was the fun and interesting part.. The staffs was excellent and full of jokes.. as the water calmed down a lot of us jumped into the water for a swim.. I would definitely recommend this...

First off, I can't swim but if you listen and pay attention it's going to be a crazy fun time. Our guide Mike was awesome, he was relaxed and professional the whole time but just made the overall experience super fun. We got some background and local suggestions on food and other things to do. They ran over all the safety precautions if something were to go wrong and had it covered. Absolutely recommend considering there were around 10 other options.

What a great group of employees. The manager, Sue Stewart that saved our trip. Our checkin person was Andrea. Our picture person was Hillary. OUr trip leader was Scott. Lastly, our guide was Jason. Fantastic service, fun bus ride to site and coming back everyone was so professional and just a blast. Would highly recommend their service! You'll have so much fun.
