This store is excellent in many ways and I am not a heavy shopper! I was one of the doubters about whether a store in this location would work. It was fortunate for Us living in Haywards Heath that Waitrose was the best store that we could have had fill this spot! Just walking around the store is just a joy and I could go every day of the week if that wasn't so obsessive! Hopefully, one day, when Covid 19 is over we can get a free cup of coffee and read the free paper once again! Ah bliss and joy!

Although this Waitrose branch is almost 3 years old in Haywards Heath, they maintain the cleanliness and look as if the store is newly built. The working staff are friendly and accommodating to all customers. Managers can be seen on the shop floor at all times and they are always well stocked. They even extended their operating hours from 7am to 10pm to give chances to shoppers who are coming home from their long days of work during Mon to Friday.
