Hayden came out to see my Mum’s broken roller garage door the following day after I phoned, then ordered the parts and came to fit them quickly. Great communication and very helpful and polite.

I had some shutters made from HC Doors & the build quality was really poor then at a later date I ordered some hoods for them , which is now 8 weeks since , I've rang them on numerous occasions without any joy , I'm thinking they've gone out of business could anyone tell me otherwise
terrible service, don't turn up for weeks despite being paid up front and giving dates. having to chase and chase, excuse after excuse. when they finally did come they couldn't do the job and claimed we needed more work to do. had another company come who did the job there and then for less then HC originally charging. HC said they would return the money, this is 3 weeks ago. not even worth 1 star, would give ZERO if googled allowed it
Booked for 2 shutters to be serviced at my business. Called at the beginning of the week and arranged the date and time. I was asked to send my details by email which I did immediately. Arranged to meet 2 hours before opening and nobody bothered showing up!!! Called them over half a dozen times to speak to someone and no answer. Complete waste of time!!!
Hayden came out to us the following morning after our shutter door broke, he was polite and helpful and got it fixed quickly! I would recommend HC Door Services to anyone.
Thanks again for helping us out on the shutter door repairs. It would of been a nightmare if you hadn't sorted it for us! Hopefully it doesn't happen again, but we will call if there is any issues. Thanks again!
