Heatforce have recently reworked and replaced an open fire place in my Grandparents 400 year old listed property. Many people came to have a look at the job and didn't have the expertise, the confidence or the knowhow to take on the job. From the moment the surveyor came from Heatforce (Andy) he filled me and my Gran with confidence, he was knowledgeable and polite and made Gran feel relaxed about the process. Glenn in the showroom was just as helpful and knowledgeable and the owner Paul visited site due to the nature of the works to ensure everything went to plan, showing the care the company has for it's customers. The job itself went fantastically well despite the challenges the old property threw at them, they were very Covid aware and H&S conscious and the end result is a fantastic looking and operating fire place, with a very happy and warm Granny. Well done all at Heatforce!!

Didn’t turn up for scheduled appointment or call to rearrange. Had to arrange a second appointment (8am-12pm) a week later which they missed as well. Eventually came at 6.30 that evening. Aside from poor customer service, work was done fine.

Installation of EV charger went smoothly but created a problem elsewhere in house electrics. Heat force were very quick to resolve and really keen to sort out. Great service and attitude when problem Identified. Shame it caused a problem but great customer service to resolve. Recommended.

I phoned heatforce to tell them about the problem. The gas fire is only just over a year old and I don't use it very often so wasn't expecting any problems so soon. I was not informed about the call out fee. The technician who came out was great and he fixed the problem with the switch. (Basically i couldn't turn the fire off!) He was only here for 15 minutes. No new parts required so I think given that fire is fairly new and no parts required that 60 is a very steep call out charge.
