Hi I never been yet to the Mauritian embassy but I'm already disappointed as I can't even access to the website in order to book an appointment to renew my passport. I can remember the last time I did access to their website to print some documents for passport renewal. Can I just pop into the Embassy or I need an appointment for that ? I called in two different numbers but no one answered. If anyone can help I'll be very grateful. Thank you

What is the point of giving alternative numbers when actually there is noone to pick the phone. Simple message would be ...we are not able to respond please send email queries we would endeavour to respond as soon as possible. What a poor service. As mauritians are better than that.
As others mentioned the one star only so you can write this review - this place is shut and why not put the right information so people know what to do. Where are the stakeholders- no one is accoutable for this department or even at ministry level. Its an emergency situation some has been stranded and some need to see their family who is vulnerable back home. Typical mauritian style approach- wake up guys. Two numbers which has been provided no one answers which I have trying constantly for the last 5 days. Useless !!!
They never pick up the phone. I have been calling for a whole week now. So disappointing
I have been trying to ring the MHC in London for the last 7 days and no reply despite being given two different mobile numbers. I understand the current situation is not helping but at least provide alternatives to get in touch with the MHC. I tried emailing and the email has bounced back saying it's invalid email address? Would someone at the MHC try and sort this out.....thank you
