At first not what i thought. They are different from the old mall pretzels. However I find them very soft fresh and delicious. Give them a try. When I shop I no get a few to go.

The lady working behind the counter was talking to a man and a young child. The man and lady began curseing and yelling at one another. The child began to cry and the lady working behind the counter at Ben's Pretzels turned to the child who was crying and said \ shut the f***k up!\ This is not ok. As a customer I was livid that an employee of Ben's Pretzels would curse at, what seemed to be, her child. Very unsettling experience .
