I booked an appointment for my daughter who suspected she had a UTI. Brian Schuster, PA would not give her an antibiotic and sent her off looking for another cause of her pain. Turns out she did have a severe UTI which was confirmed by a culture. The office left a VM later from a number she didn’t recognize (did not say UROPARTNERS, just a random number). She suffered for 5 days before finally getting the antibiotic due to poor communication and then received a bill for 480 for this. misleading

Had a wonderful experience at this location. The doctors and staff are the most thoughtful and caring professionals. With my condition I have seen other urologists, but was not thrilled. I thought I would have the same issues here but the doctors blew my mind away. So glad when I returned for my follow up the snooty front desk receptionist had been replaced, so coming in is much more comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

Dr Johans and the whole staff at Hinsdale office are amazing. She did two surgeries on my son. They are most respectful, answered every question I had and didn’t proceed with ANY treatment or surgery until I was completely comfortable and knowledgeable with them. I can’t say enough about their concern and care they gave him.
