Al Medina at Allied Rocks he truly is on top of his game. I was shopping around for new homeowners insurance when I came across Al at Allied. He quickly came back at me with a wonderful quote of better coverage then what my present company was giving me & for a low price. He answered every question I sent to him quickly and efficiently. My old company took forever to get back to me and did not get me the quotes I requested just a bottom line price. Needless to say Al Medina is my new agent. Not only did he give me great homeowners insurance coverage and prices I also got my car insurance through him as well. Al quoted me three quarters less of what I was paying. I was truly ecstatic. I recommended my sister to Al & she went with him as well as my boyfriend too. If I come across anyone in need of new insurance group, Al Medina at Allied will be my highest recommendation!

I called for a quote and the representative I spoke to was Juan Carlos Solano, was extremely unprofessional and even picked up a personal phone call in which I was able to hear the whole conversation. Gave attitude and even told me himself, the quote was too high but he’ll email it to me anyways and hung up. HORRIBLE experience.
