I ordered two jackets from this company. (They were the same model in two different sizes.) The quality was good and delivery was swift, with decent packaging. I returned the size that was not correct, and happily kept the one that fit me. My refund took a little longer than expected to arrive, but the proprietor sorted it immediately once I managed to get through to raise my query. Satisfied customer. Many thanks.

Highly recommended, 1st class customer service. The place is a gold mine with plenty of choice. I bought my kayak on a Saturday but was unable to take it home but a friend was able to pick it up on the the Sunday as the owner was doing bike repairs even though the shop was closed. 5***** all day long.
