What a fantastic hotel! If I ever come back to Osaka, I will definitely stay here (!) Situated just a stone's throw from Namba station, in the heart of the city. Everything is totally clean here. You are given new pajamas everyday. The staff are very helpful and polite. They even serve as tour guides - I mean they provide lots of useful information.

Extremely clean facility with spacious capsules. All toiletries included such as toothbrush and toothpaste, razors, hair gels, shaving foam, cotton swabs and tissue. Pajamas and towels as well. It has a decent sized bath and shower area which was super clean! The upstairs common area for both genders has complimentary coffee and tea as well as vending machines for food and drinks.

First time we tried to sleep in a capsule, it had enough space to sleep and was semi comfortable. The hotel hot bath was very fun to use. One thing we didn’t know when we booked our rooms was that you can’t use your capsules from 10:00-17:00 it was rather inconvenient sometimes you need a little rest in the middle of the day. The hotel is best if you’re visiting for one night

Budget and luxury is possible! J-Ship has amazing bathing facilities. Soak of an exhausting day in the Onsen equipped with bubble jets. They do not skimp on the shampoo, conditioner and body wash which contains activated charcoal. Rooms were well equipped and guests were all respectful and kept the noise pollution to a minimal.

Ok so bang for buck this place is incredible, facilities are insanely clean, staff are super friendly and speak good English. Facilities of bath and spa with wash rooms, common area with tea coffee and vending machine great. Close to JR Namba station super plus. Overall out group booking here was great. Highly recommend!

Unique experience. Brilliantly furnished capsule hotel. Very affordable (at the time). Communal showering (for the most part) was odd, but there were curtains which I used. Vending machines (in true Japanese fashion) on our floor supplying soft drinks. A communal kitchen area which served hot tea, coffee, and noodle pots. Stay here if you want a lovely stay.

For an overnight experience, it was great. It's not for the people who easily get claustrophobic, but for someone who's up for the capsule hotel experience, this hotel is great. It's really near the OCAT. If you're arriving at OCAT from the airport through the limo bus, take the escalator/elevator down to the basement floor/subway gates floor, take a right if coming from the central escalator (not a Uturn; you'll see the toilet/car rental service as soon as you get down from this escalator), go past the ticket station/subway gates, take another right and walk down that long corridor. Take the last exit on your left; there's an elevator there going to the ground floor/street level. Turn left and keep walking past the bushes until you see the playground. The entrance to the hotel will be there to your right.

I got the deluxe capsule which was pretty spacious. Amenities were good too. Pyjamas were provided, though not very comfortable. I could keep my luggage in the room itself. The staff were polite and the whole place was very clean and pleasant. However the whole experience was ruined for me when a group of ladies checked in at 12.30am, talked loudly without a care and didn’t silence their phones. Capsule hotels are not for light sleepers. You can hear every sound your neighbours make, even with earplugs on, and it’s amplified cause the environment is actually very silent. Perhaps the hotel can impose some rules to prevent such occurrences.
