The 2nd worst place to deliver and collect from at Heathrow. Drivers forced to wait outside in all weather's to submit their documents. Staff are generally helpful but WFS never seem to have enough staff. You can be forced to wait hours. They will at least call you on to a loading bay. Unlike BA and Menzies where you have to keep checking their electronic screens for your number to show.

WFS expects 1 person to manage phone calls, edit air records and serve the driver reception. If you're coming here expect 1.5 hours just to book in and if possible avoid WFS at all costs. Coming to WFS is challenging to your Mental Health.

Just delivering, but I was feeling unwell, they could have ignored me but they did not. They came out took my delivery off of me, sat me down, gave me a bottle of water and told me to sit down and rest. I do not want to give the guys name, because I am sure it is not company policy for staff here to be helpful.

Very rude staff, an absolute nightmare. 7hrs waiting to be called on the door. Air China and Etihad are the ones responsible for allowing WFS to handle there imports and exports. Shame on you.
