I have not even been serviced by this company yet and I'm already highly impressed. Chuck has made good each time he said he'd call and has contacted me recently just to check in on my end. I can easily see why the Google rating is near perfect. (Background: Snow and Ice all week has limited nearly all services - Chuck drove out in ice just to assess my situation with me).

Great service! Chuck really helped us out! Our septic had never been pump and the pervious owners never told us where it was. Chuck took the time to help me find the tank and dig around the lid. Highly recommend he and his company.

I called up wanting to know if it was OK to put something down the drain (for those interested, I was inquiring about cat waste and a small amount of ground-up biodegradable plastic cat litter replacement). Unsurprisingly, I was advised that it wasn't a a good idea. However, I was told that the granules could still be washed down the drain if I had my septic system pumped more frequently than recommended. As an example, it was explained to me that a garbage disposal is one of the worst things to tie into a septic system, but it can be done if the septic system is pumped yearly. I appreciate that I was given more than one solution to my problem.

Chuck did a great job finding my septic tanks long buried for 20 years. We had others try to find them but they were unable. He has state of art technology. One was buried over 3 feet deep but he found it! He was very professional and I will have in back in 5 years when they need pumped again. This is the guy you need to call, no question about it.
