The only redeeming quality about this store are the players. They're super nice and are competitive. The staff( 1 person specifically) were extremely rude and essentially acted like he didn't want to be there. The only covid precaution is a temperature check, and that's only if you plan to go to the back room. There's are no other precautions ( they don't follow the social distance, capacity cap or sanitation requirements) I don't think they ever cleaned their bathroom either. There's dust on the toilet cover, urine caked around and on the bottom of the toilet, the mirror is foggy and looks as if someone just spit all over it, and fingerprint all over their glass displays. I'm surprised Konami allows tournaments, let alone a 82 person tournament in such a small store. The Konami head judge gave bad rulings as well. I don't forsee myself coming back here anytime soon. I highly recommend a deep clean and a staff meeting to improve this store's quality of life aspects.

Excellent experience! Went to my first OTS locals today and had a blast. Tyler was super friendly and the entire atmosphere of the store felt very chill. Bought some cool new deck sleeves and some singles I was looking for. Everyone got temperature checked and wore a mask, and there was plenty of hand sanitizer throughout the building. Overall a fun place to be! :)

So I basically tell them if they have the cards of yugioh I want but he didn't even check he said I don't thank we have those and I ohave over 500 card for 5 Thank God the other dude check befor

Came here with some friends and the staff were really nice and got me exactly what I was looking for definitely would reccomend if you're an avent card player although I will say its mainly Yugioh heavy but they still have Magic Pokemon and other stuff too
