Awesome experience. After reading negative feed back in this blog, I was shaking to get my registration here. Today I went. There were almost 8-10 person in the gueue at window no 9 for registration. It took almost 15minutes, then in the next window there was no waiting.direct photo session for 2 min. Next go for vehicle inspection behind the complex outside. 5 to 10 min.and your job is done. You may go home. My big salute to the whole sincere and dedicated team. One negative point that you have to park the vehicle out side the gate on main road

Good support from staff. But no proper queue system. Had to stand in queue for more than one hour to register car. No control on agents and they come in between, straight to counter and get their work done which delay others.

Being service counter for public, it lacks parking, shade and seating for visitors. In the sweltering heat people were doing the business in open. The RTO should call service seekers VIA ONLINE APPOINTMENT SYSTEM. RESTRICT THE NUMBER OF VISITORS AND PROVIDE BASIC INFRA STRUCTURE SO AS IMPROVE SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

Even if you go early and stand in line, people who come after you get ahead quickly and jump lines and you end up waiting longer. The line for HSRP is the worst; especially for bikes. There is no system in place. People just push around and get ahead. Women especially have no sense of queues. They think they have no reason to wait in the queue even though other ppl stand for hours together. Beware of agents who try to swindle you and govt. officials asking for tips and bribes.

No one is following precautions and no staff available to regulate and guide. People unnecessarily standing in the hall where counters are located. Brokers/ Agents are allowed in the ques, this made the genuine applicants to spend more time than needed. I am a senior citizen, spent about 70 minutes at counter 2 yesterday. No official is there to guide senior citizens.At counter 5 I finished in 10 minutes due to help from a young applicant standing in the line,who asked me to inform counter official that I am a S citizen. I feel if brokers and friends & relatives are not allowed strictly into the hall where counters are located, there will be no pressure on counter officials in serving the customers and customers also will have complete satisfaction on department service

First of all there is no parking. It takes hell lot of time if you process by yourself. The same work will be done by brokers in less time. Officers and commission agents have tie ups. Even though slot booking option is there, they will not follow and it's just for namesake. There is no transparency. Even the inspectors will not verify the vehicles, they blindly believe the agents. These agents are equal to blood sucking parasites.

I have been for Hypothecation cancellation, (NO DEALER and NO MEDIATOR), just followed the steps on website that are much available in detail and of course no one cares about slot, no helpdesk and no social distancing, forget about sanitizer and thermal screening.
