Love this place ! It’s like Swan lake so beautiful with all the wildlife. Friends of straws bridge really look after the place. Swans so tame they even tap on your car window for feeding

Great place to sit and watch the vast collection of birds, swans, Canadian geese plus ducks. We cover all area's local and long distance. Try our 2 men and van service

Great lake area with plenty of bird life to see. Plenty of room for a good walk and a picnic if you want . Free parking . And no burger Van's etc.

Cool day....peaceful. Plenty of birds to see ... lovely walks to different places....if you don't want to walk ...just sit and watch the mixture of birds around.

A pleasant,but limited, place for space. A personal opinion would be that the vegetation around the lake needs some attention as it limits the possible views around the lake. It is a good destination for cyclists though on The Nutbrook Trail or those on their way to Shipley Park.
