I did not deal with a human. I just answered the questions online. A day later they emailed a proof. I approved. A couple days later got the map. It looks outstanding.

I ordered a map of my city but their map isn't centered and was way off to the right. So I called to let them know and to see if they had a correct version and they didn't. The lady said I could just send the bad one back and she would do a custom one for me. Sounded great at first. I went to Fed Ex to ship the original one back and it was going to cost 65. Then After paying her 300 for a custom (the original only cost 90) and she sent me a proof in 5 minutes, we realized that it wouldn't work because I needed more detail of our service area. I Just asked politely to send my money back for the custom because It took 5 minutes of their time and I would keep the old one so I wasn't out and more money to ship it back. The lady Brittany decided to tell me that customs are unrefundable. So now I'm out 300 plus 90 for the original and neither one of them will work. I still haven't been sent this \custom\ map even after emailing them back and forth for weeks now. I will never use this company again and don't recommend them to anyone else.
