It was an ever bad experience in a federal department/institute. You should know that the world longest interview took place at PBM lasted 18 hours or more. Although it was due to the non sense/nuisance acts of candidates who did not even know their good or bad but the management of the department was equally involved in the delay.

Worst inquiry system I've ever experienced in my life. A Government office which cannot be approached through telephoone. Trying to get info regarding application but the line drops after having Musical hold of a minute or little more. Calling from mobilephone and dropping credit without having concerned service.

Bait ul Mal بیت المال Best option to assist orphans and widows. Bait ul mal provide financial assistance to the poor and helping women in Pakistan. System has so many gaps and weak criterias but at the same time is best opportunity for the poor. Assist women to start small business. Provide wheel chairs to paralised patients. Assist poor patients. Help poor peoples for marriages of their children. Bait ul Mal is launching new opportunity to provide 8000/child and 12000/two children for widows. Set up and organizational structure is needed to be improved.

No one would believe the support of PBM to needy people, under the umbrella of government of Pakistan. In fact so many Pakistanis doesn't even know the facilities being provided by PBM.

Baitulmaal AHED has been working inPakistan since 2004. It implemented and continue to support several projects to improve the livelihoods of those living in poverty, and provide humanitarian assistance to those affected by disasters and conflict. Baitulmaal encourages quality education, and women literacy. In 2010, right after the flood disaster, Baitulmaal established an office in Pakistan to monitor all running projects, and to improve access to humanitarian relief efforts during emergencies. At the time, the United Nations rated the floods as the greatest humanitarian crisis in recent history.
