I wish I was able to give a 5 star as far as customer service. I visited this suite and within 15 mins, I was filling out an order form. We were actually sitting on it, and was told to make myself comfortable filling out the order form. Shortly after, I was notified by my fiancé there were roaches crawling across the sofa (sectional) we had eyes on. I immediately got up, called the gentleman representative over and asked for clarification whether I would be accepting this floor display as personal furniture set up. He confirmed. I replied “there’s a roach on the sofa (sectional)”. He responded “oh they come out when we spray” I kindly removed the order with my info and walked out. I’m honestly appalled by today’s experience.
