The Customer Service was AMAZING! Very courteous and prompt. My carpet was over 20 yrs old and the end result was my carpet looked brand new! My home smells wonderful and I will ABSOLUTELY have them back. Don't waste your time looking for a carpet cleaning company--JB Carpet & Upholstery Care does it all with quality, value and a smile!
Mr. JB responded immediately to my quote request and I was sheduled on the date I requested and at the time requested. He called about 45 minutes prior to my appointment to verify the time and I told him I was ready if he wanted to come early which worked for him also. He paid very close attention to detail and took his time to make sure the service was performed right the first time! Our carpet hadn't been cleaned in many years and I kid you not, it looks brand new!! I will schedule a yearly carpet cleaning with JB and I would highly recommend JB carpet cleaning to everyone! Great quality, very professional and excellent value!
Carpets smelled great. Even 4 days later they still smell good. JB did a wonderful job and highly recommended. We live in the KC area and had him drive up from Topeka as he did my mother’s carpets which she loved hers as well. Call him! You won’t regret it !
