We've used Jiminy for years for our fireplace cleaning with great results, but this was the first time we had our dryer vent cleaned, (in a long time).Rich was the technician and he was fantastic! It was a little difficult getting the vent to come clean but he stayed with it, and we're glad he did! prompt and friendly, as always.
We had several issues with a wood stove and drafting of smoke in the house. Rich and his team worked diligently to resolve them problem by researching causes and contacting the stove manufacture. Rich always responded and never left us hanging. Excellent customer service, Jiminy chimney is highly recommended.
Rich was polite and personable during his visit, was on time and called half an hour before arrival to let us know. I purchased my neglected house in the spring with a 28 year old pre-fab fireplace and after I did a thorough self-cleaning I wanted to ensure it was safe to operate. In a matter of minutes, Rich was able to do a full visual inspection and confirmed the fireplace was safe to use. Because it was cleaned and so easy to inspect, he did the whole thing at a very favorable less than advertised rate. If you want fair, upfront and honest customer service, I highly recommend Jiminy Chimney. They've certainly won over my future business.
