Stupid method of buying parts during covid 19 situation. Only by phone and delivery by anpost what takes a week. This is only shop in Dublin which work this way. People repairing their bikes in winter time at own garages but Joe Duffy will not let you do it that easy.

Staff were very helpful, what a range of bikes, absolutely beautiful machines ! Used and brand new bikes inside, also a small range of riding or race gear would have been cool to see more of this but obviously this is not their main trade! Some helemts , racing leathers , tops and trousers .Prices are reasonable for a dealership but BMW is an expensive brand for a reason, as is with motorbikes. Will definitely be back in the future hopefully for a purchase.
A very good experience, felt extremely safe n comfortable in the Motorrad showroom. Motorrad arrange 3 different service booking times throughout the day, each being restricted to three customers at any one time thus achieving social distancing with ease. The staff are very helpful, the service is good value, all in all a very professional service is provided.

I bought my 4th bike from this shop in January 2018. The bike, a BMW R1200GS Adventure Triple Black cost me just over 24k. I waited a total of 3.5 months for it from the time of order. When it arrived in the dealer it was dumped out on the showroom floor for Joe Public to climb all over causing loads of scratches to the tank. When I brought it to the attention of the sales team they ordered new plastics and then proceeded to scratch them with a dry cloth to \clean off the dust\. I was told I was not getting a refund for the bike at this stage and a stand off happened in their workshop. Eventually I stood down because you can't argue down an idiot. Only for them to replace the plastics again and then nearly do the same with a dry cloth only they were stopped. The sheer arrogance from the service manager during this process was astounding. Knowing right well that there was no come back from me and they could hold their own in court. Myself my wife change our bikes yearly for the latest models and have since taken our business up north to Belfast Motorrad where we are treated with respect and courtesy. I could go on about other issues where they lost my wifes bike etc and numerous serious issues but I'm sure I'll come out the worst and look like I'm ranting. We wont grace the threshold of their shop again. Let the pictures speak for themselves......
The service here is amazing. I went to test ride a bike in December and Tom even organised for me to test ride a competitors bike that I was also interested in. Although I didn't become a customer in the end I'd have no hesitation going back in the future.
Fantastic place . The sales agents are very professional and humble. They followed up with me very well after my initials enquiry and turned me into their customer. That's how good. BMW has its own finance companies for financing motorcycles.
