This Railyard has gotten way then it was. I used to get flat tires every chassis I took. Now they have been doing a better job of maintaining them. You still will wait to exit for a while, but that has improved as well.

They block the roads every morning. I sat on Millsdale rd from 8:11 - 8:44 this morning. I'm not going 10 miles out of my way to go around the train. I'm just going to post pictures every time they block me. Train so long they needed a second set of engines in the middle. The guy in front of me fell asleep. Who knows how long he had to wait?

I'm a truck driver and getting out of this place is just pure ridiculous. Be prepared to wait in line at least an hour on a good day !! Please fix this. Total inconvenience to the drivers

I'm not sure if its the office or whats going on. It's the same everyday after 11am your going to have a line waiting outside the portal. Checking in is a little bit better, but considering the number of lanes they have and the technology being used it doesn't make any sense.

It's not Amazing but, it could be worse. The place is pretty easy to navigate, office people are not the nicest but, they deal with kuckleheads all day. Show respect, most of time, you'll get it back. The biggest problem is all the expansion. Yes, it's great and it opens things up and more business but, same number of kiosks getting in and out. Its like having a 1500 horsepower car with 1992 Ford Festiva rims and tires on...Makes no sense and dosn't work.
