I got a fine even I have paid. Misleading information. I don't know how and to where I can complain about this.

Absolutely inhuman people. I have paid for my parking every day for 2 months straight and I had too much on my mind (work pressure) and I completely forgot to buy the ticket. So when I came back from work I was gifted a 60 ticket to which I sent an apology email and 10 to cover my day's parking and explained how I was mentally exhausted at the time and forgot to purchase a ticket. I showed how sincere I was in the apology email but they did not care at all. I even showed them my bank statements to show proof that I pay daily. They emailed me back saying that the terms and conditions do not allow this to happen. YEAH COOL BUT I AM ONLY HUMAN AND I MADE A SMALL MISTAKE!! They made me pay for the full 60 ticket as they are heartless scumbags who only care about money.
Extremely comfortable car park. Booked and used via the justpark mobile app. Very affordable and well located in a 3 mins walk to the hanger Lane tube station. Cctv monitored Cark park and I have been using it all weekdays for the last 6 months now. Never need to park anywhere else
