Do not go to this office, she is the most unprofessional specialist I have ever seen. She was in the room 10 minutes told me about her having covid and did nothing but disregard my physicians notes on my treatment. Then.2 months later I get bill for over 300. Find a better specialist save yourself the horrible experience. The staff is not much better.

I gave one star because front desk was friendly. I went to Dr Orr to help get my life back. I had every symptom of Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism. If you have thyroid symptoms she has NO knowledge of medication or testing. I was told by her I was HYPERthyroid to see her NP next time. I went to my car in tears. Luckily, I went off her prescribed poison and had my bloodwork done over. I have Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism, and my antibodies are full blown now, which she still says I’m hyperthyroid and there is no treatment for Hashi’s. Wow! Worst dr. So glad I didn’t trust her and found a functional medicine practitioner/nutritionist.

Dr. A had the wrong information from my medical history from a hospital stay. I even had a couple visits with him in the hospital. I was in the hospital and diagnosed with secondary adrenal insufficiency. When I left the hospital I had to wait to see him for several weeks. Arrived at the appointment he told me I didn't have it due to a medication he thought I was on and sent me on my way. Found out from the Meritas record system they had me on a medication for 13 years of which I only took about 20 in the last 10 months. I was asked over and over about that medication and they still had it wrong. Went to see another endo and yes I indeed had the life threatening disease. If I had listened to him I would be dead.

Never had any issues, never had to wait very long. In fact most of the time I am there less than 30 minutes. Dr. Orr is very nice and a great listener.

A few years ago I wrote a negative review but since have changed my outlook. The wait time is no longer an hour. I decided to give them another try and I really like Dr. Raynes. Her nurses are all very polite and helpful as well. The online system is convenient. You can schedule/cancel an appt and even view records online. They have xray and lab on site which is convenient.
