One of the Worst government office in located in sector 12, Karnal. When you visit this office, there are chaos every where. No management. Most of the times wrong and inflated bills are sent to the consumers. When they come to office for rectification, nobody listens. If you want to get your work done without hesstle , you have to operate through middle man.
