Booked this hotel through Orbitz who made a mistake for not providing enough info about the room I booked was for male only. Ended up paying more for the only leftover smoking room on Saturday night. For non smoker staying in smoking room, it feels like hell. Otherwise the room is a standard Japanese business room. Clean, and easy to walk from train station. Be aware that this hotel is far from central Tokyo. Exactly 1 hour from Shibuya station. At the end of Asakusa metro line (A20), the train turns into KS line, and have to pay extra 190 yen to get out of this station. No travel pass would work.

Stayed there for 5 days. Though the rate is a bit high for a queen size room for one person, but the location is very convenient with a supermarket and lots of shops and restaurants around. The front staffs are friendly and helpful.

京成線の青砥駅から5分程度の場所に位置する、シングルだけでなくカプセルも併用していて、どれかを選択できますね？自分は、シングルに泊まったのですが、朝目覚めてカーテンを開ければ京成線の車輌も一望出来ます、場合によっては、ベッドに、寝そべりながらも可能、鉄道を趣味にしてる人は、一度どうですか？
ロッカーの幅が狭いので大中の荷物は入りません。カプセルの布団は気持ち良かったです。離れた場所ですが駐車場があるのもいい点
駅近で 便利。 周辺の駐車場探しは苦労します。 少し歩くけど、 タイムズ青戸第10は 駐車後24時間1,400円。 電車の音は仕方ない。 目覚ましだと思えば有難い。
たしかに設備は古めですが清潔感があります。最低限のものはちゃんと揃っています。加湿器があるのも嬉しい。
