Great place to bring visitors from overseas. The shop, workshop, shoyu factory and cafe are located down a paved alley that is used by the rickshaws. Its off the main street, so its a lot quieter than the main tourist strip. In the shop you can see some typical Japanese products, out the back of the shop is where they make shoyu sauce. You can tour part of it FOR FREE! The free tours are only at certain times of the afternoon. There are 3 tours a day on Saturday afternoons.
