This was the fastest DMV that I've ever been to. I had to get an ID for one of my applicants. We were in and out 10 min.
I brought my 15 year old son to this facility to get a permit. It was a good thing we had an appointment. There was a long line but no signage so I had to go all the way to the front to ask. Come to find out, there was a line for people with appointments. The lady at the front and at the desk were very helpful. After paperworks were done, I was asked to wait outside in my car. My son soon came out and told me that an employee was asking for a 6 donation. He said he didn’t have money and was asked to come get me. I went with him and explained to the man at the front door that we need to go back in. At that time, a man asked him the difference between the 2 lines. He told him one was with appointments and the other line did not. The man asked if he will ever have people called from the line without appointment. The employee responded that if he couldn’t wait, he can go home. What a response! My son and I went to the lady asking for the donation and told her I have the money. I thought a donation is voluntary but I guess not with DDS. She said my son had to sign again one time and not 5x. After which, she started saying under her breath that there’s so many people and we have to move fast. What a customer service it was! I couldn’t believe it!
I've been calling the automated line for over a week trying to reset my online password. The automated line tells you there's no one to answer your call and then hangs up on you. I go down to the DMV 3 days early and wait in line to find out it's by appointment only. Go to make an appointment the first availability is a month out. My license will be expired for 20 days by the time I have an appointment. this is a setup. I'm going to get pulled over and get a ticket or get arrested for driving without a license because of this. I hate this state so much...
