Confirmation email of booking received Monday, however taxi failed to arrive leaving my husband and myself stranded in Oundle. Tried contacting the company on both the mobile (which happened to be switched off) and the landline without success. Mobile was back on this morning but failed to answer! If you want a reliable taxi company who will collect you when booked to do so, I’d avoid Thrapston taxis!
