I have been going to options for a long time and I always felt that they were ok,however I had to go for a diabetic eye check as had been just diagnosed The letter told me my nearest opticians was Urquhart on Portland rd as I never noticed it before. As I entered I felt so comfy and the staff had that personal approach and made me feel welcome. The main point was there cov19 standards as I was entering a customer left and as I was leaving a customer arrived and you could tell that they planned well for social distance and all the staff had correct ppe and I felt very comfortable .My optometrist Lesley was great because everything she done she was explaining every test she was doing and it was informative. I would recommend Urquhart 100% for there standards, customer service and one to one service and will be buying my glasses there for the future.
