Well, Biryani by Kilo(Saltlake) not only got the fame by their unique name, but also the quality did a lot. This place was only for takeaway but they cooperated with us to try their food on that place. If I am talking about the food, it's not overpriced at all as per the quality & quantity and the taste was just awesome. We ordered: Kolkata Chicken Biryani (1/2 Kilo) Chicken Ghee Roast This is a must visit place for Biryani Lovers. Counting more to visit again.

Recently I received an amazing food hamper from Biriyani By Kilo....Thanks for the collaboration ️ Biriyani By Kilo is the latest Biriyani brand in Kolkata selling Biriyani By Kilogram weight. They are a Cloud Kitchen located beside Merlin Matrix Building in Salt Lake Sector V just opposite of Techno India College... Items in the hamper are as follows — Veg Galouti Kababs (6Pcs) — As the name goes Galouti, the kababs were lip-smacking good and were melting in the mouth, so soft, juicy... I really loved them with mint chutney and salad... Veg Hyderabadi Biriyani (1/2 Kg) — A Handi full of Dum Veg Hyderabadi Biriyani... This was the first time I tried Hyderabadi Biriyani and I simply fell in love with it.... It was loaded with veggies and masala curry and the aroma was so awesome... Also with a bit of Salan it tastes even more heavenly!! Matka Firni (1/2 Kg) — If you have sweet tooth then this is the best medicine for you...Really stole my heart it was so delightfully tasty, ambre coloured with Kesar & nuts, deliciously gooey in taste...Simply Amazing!! 2 Small Cups of Salad 1 Cup Mint Chutney 1 Cup Salan I loved all their items... I must say do try it out, you wont be dissappointed at all.... Just sit at home, order from Biriyani By Kilo and enjoy mouth watering dishes served to you at your doorstep with all precautions and safety!!

Finally Biryani by Kilo is in Kolkata and I am super excited to talk about this innovative Place . Firstly, the main thing about their food is they DO NOT RE-HEAT the FOOD. Once they receive your order,they start preparing for it . It takes nearly 30-45 minutes to prepare the food and then the freshly made food they will deliver. They prepare the biryani in handi's and they send the handi at your doorstep. So,lets talk about the food. Chicken Seekh Kebab (Rs. 385) It contains 12 pieces of soft and succulent seekh kebabs freshly made only for you. I honestly loved the kebabs,the taste was so perfect and the softness remained the same ever after 4-5 hours after delivering . . Hyderabadi Murgh dum Biryani (Rs.460) This is a totally new concept where the food is being prepared in handi's and the handi is sent to you directly without opening it , you, yourself will open it. They provide Aanch along with candles with it , so that you can heat the handi before having it and it gives a smoky flavour to your food. The biryani consists of 4 pieces of chicken(I got one leg piece into it) , the pieces are appropriate in size , and the handi contains 1/2 kilo of Biryani which serves 1-2 person. I really loved the flavour of the biryani , there was no extra oil , neither too heavy. It.As the biryani was made in the handi, the chicken pieces were properly cooked.Salan and salad were perfectly accompanying the biryani and trust me , it tasted heavenly . . Gulab jamun with Rabri(Rs 185) This is everyone's favourite I guess. As usual this is also too good in taste. The gulab jamuns were so soft and tasty , perfectly accompanying the Rabri. Although it was indeed a great experience .I really loved each and every food of them. Also they are maintaining All the guidelines provided by WHO , also taking all the necessary Safety measures. If you are having Biryani cravings, I would personally suggest you to try this place .. It is worth it.

I am a person who is head over heels crazy for Biryani and recently @biryanibykilo started its service in Kolkata, city of joy too. I decided to give this popular joint a try and I wasn't disappointed, I ordered, 1 kg chicken Hyderabadi Biryani - 760 taxes INR Chicken ghee roast - 340 taxes INR and Phirni - 160 taxes INR The Biryani was good and easily serves 2-3 people. The chicken could have been a little more tender but overall it was okay and I liked it. The Chicken ghee roast and the phirni was up to the mark and is very likeable, something I would recommend. The best part about the Handi is, it comes up with 'aanch' so that you can reheat it at your place too (as shown in the video). Also they don't make Biryani first and then put it into Handi, but they prepare it in Handi itself, which adds to the taste and quality. They have a large and good menu, that you can find on their zomato page. If you too are a Biryani lover, I would surely recommend you to try this once. Thank you.

A new place for all Biryani lovers of Kolkata. So Biryani by Kilo has finally launched their Cloud Kitchen in Kolkata. They serves different types of biryani on kg basis, within handi. The main usp is that they don't reheat the food, they send earthen aanch with two small candle with each order to give the final dum right before eating. Recently i tried their 1/2 kg Murg Hyderabadi Biryani, Chicken Seekh kebab and Gulab Jamun with Rabri. The quantity they served was literally huge and 1/2 kg Biryani is enough for 2 people. It had 4 succulent pieces of medium sized chicken. It was so flavorful and delicious. Chicken seekh kebab was so juicy,moist and perfectly made. It was not spicy yet full of flavours. It tastes heavenly when you have it with the tangy mint chutney which they serve with it. Gulab jamun and Rabdi was just outstanding. Gulab jamun was so soft inside and rabdi was not too sweet, it had a mild aroma of saffron. Its a perfect dessert to end your meal on a sweet note. The delivery was contactless and they are taking all safety measures and maintaining the guidelines provided by WHO. I loved their packaging it was spill proof. Recommended.

Biryani by Kilo was kind enough to send me some of their best selling items and I was literally spell bound by their presentation, their quality and the taste. Coming to the packaging, they really maintain some decent standards of hygiene. I tried their Lucknowi Chicken Biryani and I'd happily give up the aloo for that. This tastes amazing, flavoured with aromatic spices and herbs and keeping the rice less oily, it was a delight to have. The Paneer Nawabi was good as well but the only thing being that, the paneer was a bit bland. The gravy however, was amazing. The Chicken Seekh Kebab, which was again, a part of the starters is yet another item, that you should definitely try. It easily serves 2-3 people since they provide 12 pcs. in a box. The dessert, the Mutka Phirni is probably one of the best Phirnis, that I've had. This was immaculate. I would certainly recommend this place to you. This really made my day. Biryani By Kilo - this food chain has 30 outlets all over INDIA. Recently they have opened there cloud kitchen in KOLKATA specifically at Sector 5 Salt Lake. As it's a cloud kitchen so we can easily jumped in direct to the food. But also as you will only get delivered food to your comfy room you should be aware of PACKAGING and I must say their packeging should surely blow your mind away. They serves biryani in a handi with an embossed BBK logo and starter items , dessert everything with a proper spill proof cute packeging just look at the mutka phirni packeging also they provide an anch to hit your biryani It's time to taste food. So I have tried - • Lucknowi Biryani - as I said before they have a full pledged instruction written over a leaflet comes with the handi and you will get an aanch to hit your biryani and then mix it with the top rice and the masala served in bottom of the handi. What should I must mention that you will get 4 pieces od Chicken in a 1/2 kg lucknowi biryani with a decent amount of rice. • Chicken Sheekh Kebab - it remins soft even I have consumed this almost after 5 hours from packeging so this must gives it a thumbs up you'll get 12 pieces in one pack. • Gulab Jamun with Rabdi - rabdi was thick and contains pesta and almond slices. It was not so sweet and ai prefer rabdi with less sweeter rabdi as it served with two soft gulabjamun. Overall the Food and Packaging is worth of 5 star rating. Going to order again soon. Thank You.
